From the 31st of October, all NHS patients across the country will be given automatic Prospective Access on their Online Access Accounts. This means that you will be able to see your full record through your online access, including letters, results, and consultations.
If you do not want this increase in access, please speak to reception as we are able to prevent it on request. Otherwise, if you are happy for the increase in access there is nothing you need to do.
