Prescription Processing

From 1^st March 2023 we will require a minimum of four working days to process your prescription.

This extra time will allow for the following processes to occur:

Authorisation of your prescriptions by the Clinical pharmacy team or Doctor (if needed)
Issuing of prescriptions
Order & receipt of stock
Safe dispensing and labelling
Patient collection

This will help to alleviate wait times at the dispensary hatch and reduce the number of times you must return to collect missing medications.
