If you have not received a letter regarding the National Shielding Policy and you feel you should have:
Most people that are within the highest clinical risk group will have already received a letter through the post. However, the central records may not have captured everybody in this group. The central process for identifying additional people who meet the clinical criteria is still continuing. People identified through this process will receive a letter shortly.
This list will also be reviewed by GPs and hospital clinicians but this is in the final phase and we are not able to start this until the earlier phases which are being done centrally have been completed.
